What is the Fueling Edge?
The Fueling Edge is a custom portioned meal service. We are the only meal service that matches your macros. Our team of dietitians and sports nutritionists work together to develop your custom meal formula. All of our food is free of artificial dyes, colors or flavors, gluten, high fructose corn syrup, trans fat or soybean oils. Our mission is to cook healthy, nutritious meals tailored to your unique needs. We focus on high quality protein, gluten free whole grains, healthy fats and colorful fruits and vegetables.
How Do I Get Started?
To sign up for The Fueling Edge Meal service, you will need to fill out our free customization form in order for us to customize your total macronutrient needs and portions. PLEASE ALLOW AT LEAST 1 BUSINESS DAY for us to professionally review your results, create your custom portions and approve your account BEFORE you can order your fuel. You'll be notified via email with your custom portions and instructions for ordering.
If you would like a more in-depth in person consultation you will need to book an appointment to come to our office to have metabolic testing and body composition measurements done. We will analyze these results to determine your needs and truly customize your meals. During your visit we will go over your needs and inform you on how to begin ordering your meals. The custom meal consult will last 60 minutes and is an investment of $99.
Once your needs are determined, you will go to www.thefuelingedge.com to choose your meals and snacks for the week. You can choose as many meals and snacks as you would like. Meals must be paid for at the time of selection and check out. Orders must be placed on Thursdays by 11:59 PM and pick up will occur Monday evenings and Tuesday. All meals must be picked up by 5:00 PM on Tuesday. If there is an emergency and you cannot pick up your meals please contact us.
How Do I Order?
To place your order, go to thefuelingedge.com to pick your fuel for the week. All orders must be placed by midnight on Thursdays. Meals will be available for pick up on Monday between 4-7pm and Tuesdays 9am-12pm.
Where Do You Source Your Food?
We pay special attention to what we put in our meals and what we don't! We purchase organic when possible and pay close attention to the quality of the proteins that we purchase. When we use salmon we only purchase wild caught and never farm raised. All of our proteins are lean proteins and we even go the extra step to trim off any additional fat. All of our food is free of artificial dyes, colors or flavors, gluten, high fructose corn syrup, trans fat or soybean oils.
What Should I Do With My Meal Containers?
Our meal containers are recyclable and reusable.
When Do I Pick Up My Meals?
Meal pick up is on Monday between 4-7pm and Tuesdays 9am-12pm.

How Much Are Your Meals?
Our meals are priced by the amount of protein in your meals. Our pricing is as follows:
- 3-4 oz of protein= $12
- 5-6 oz of protein= $14
- 7-8 oz of protein= $16
- 9+ oz of protein= $18
Premium meals with high quality proteins have an additional charge of $2 and range from $14-20. Our snacks and shakes range in price from $5-10.
Are Your Meals Refundable?
Are meals are not refundable. If there is a problem with your order and/or your meals please contact us at fuel@TheEnduranceEdge.com
Are Your Meals Gluten Free?
Yes, all of our meals, snacks and shakes are free of gluten.
Do You Have Vegetarian Options Available?
Yes, as a matter of fact we have two. Our signature lentil meatballs or tempeh can be substituted into any meal. When ordering your meals, you will need to select your choice of protein along with protein portion and pick up location.
How Long Do Your Meals Stay Fresh?
Our meals stay fresh for about 5 days however, some meals will be best when consumed first and this is normally designated on the website. For example, seafood dishes and salads are best consumed first as compared to other meals such as our fajita bowl.
What If I Have An Allergy?
We ask that you let us know this information when completing our form to get started. Furthermore, you will need to designate wether you have a true food allergy, intolerance, sensitivity or preference. We do our best to accommodate allergies however, we do operate out of a shared kitchen space and therefore, cannot guarantee that all allergy needs will be met.

What Happens To My Meals If I Do Not Pick Them Up?
Unfortunately, we are required to discard your meals if you do not pick them up. If an emergency comes up and you cannot pick up your meals please contact us.
How Do I Reheat My Meals?
Our meals are packaged in microwave safe, dishwasher safe, BPA free and freezer safe containers that can be recycled. It is best to remove meals from the container to reheat. Meals can be re-heated in the microwave, on the stove or in the oven. Times to re-heat depend on the method of cooking and meal ingredients. Meals should be reheated to at least 165 degrees. Meals that are not consumed within 4-5 days of pick up can be frozen and consumed at a later date.
