Street style tacos with ground beef, kale, red cabbage, carrots and tomato in a gluten free tortilla. Served with guacamole and chipotle dipping sauce.

Reheating: Reheat the to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. To prevent the tortilla from crumbling, heat it for 5-10 seconds before building your taco. 

Vegan/vegetarian option? Can be made vegan with tempeh and no chipotle dipping sauce. Can be made vegetarian with lentil meatballs.
